The Faculty of Basics & Applied Sciences has expert and experienced faculties in science, excellently supported by renowned academicians as visiting faculty. The strong features of the departments are: spacious and well-equipped laboratories (Physics, Chemistry & life sciences) broad-band internet facility in computer lab, boys/ girls hostels, etc. Round the year, faculty and students are involved in organizing various events including national and international conferences / workshops / seminars / co-curricular activities etc.

The Training & Placement Cell are the strong organs of the college. The college provides excellent student’s amenities, like, parking, drinking water, canteen, student-stores, sports, etc. We have sufficient numbers of spacious & airy class rooms. In these rooms very special learning environment is there and multimedia projectors are available.
Co-curricular Activities
- Technical Events: Faculty organizes technical events like National Level Technical Presentation, Symposium, Software based Projects, Hardware Projects exhibitions cum competition every year.
- Sports: For the physical growth of students along with technical growth, college provides all facilities for Indoor and Outdoor games in campus. The annual sports festival organized every winter at the college premises.
- Cultural Activities: To provide a platform to explore hidden talent of the students, the Faculty promotes cultural activities like theme day celebration for a week, musical evenings, garba nights and various trendy event competitions.
- Student Achievements: Our students took part in various activities like poster presentation, symposium, oral presentation etc. at different Institutes of Gujarat. Students secured 1st rank in various activities.

Placement Activities
There is Central Placement Cell headed by Placement Officer and one senior faculty is a member. The placement cell organizes many seminar, expert talks and classes time by time for the development of students’ skill and benefitting to the students. The placement cell of University has actively placed students to the MNC companies and many reputed institutions like TCS, Asian paints, Intas Pharma Ltd., Oxygen healthcare, Kaushalam, Karia, Sapient, Satyam etc.
