NCC Camp Underway at Madhav University

Sirohi, Rajasthan – September 25, 2024 – A ten-day special training camp of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) is being organized at Madhav University. Around 400 NCC cadets from Sirohi and Jalore districts are participating in this camp.

The primary objective of this camp is to instill patriotism, discipline, and leadership skills in the cadets. During the camp, cadets are receiving training in military tactics, physical fitness, self-defense, first aid, and techniques for dealing with emergency situations. They are also participating in various activities including drill parades, weapons training, and warcraft-related exercises. Expert instructors and military officers are training the cadets on these subjects.

Bhawesh Kumawat, Registrar of the University, said that this camp will not only develop a sense of discipline and patriotism among the youth but will also inspire them to achieve success in every field of life. A special ceremony will be organized on the last day of the camp, where cadets who have performed exceptionally well will be felicitated. Dignitaries along with local administration officials will also be present at this ceremony. The camp will conclude on October 2nd.
