Madhav University Law Students Visit Court in Educational Trip

Mount Abu (Sirohi) – Law students from Madhav University recently undertook an educational visit to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) court in Mount Abu. The trip was organized to familiarize the students with the functioning of the judiciary.

During their visit, the students closely observed the procedural intricacies in both civil and criminal courts. ACJM Praveen Chauhan provided the students with information about judicial processes, Lok Adalats (people’s courts), and the importance of legal awareness. The visit proved to be a valuable learning experience, offering insights into the practical application of law.

The faculty members from the Law Department who accompanied the students included Dr. Vidya Shaktawat, Dr. Dushyant Kumar, Dr. Sandeep Gehlot, Dr. Surendra Meena, Dr. Meenu Dayma, Dr. Suresh Trivedi, Dr. Amarjeet, Dr. Rohitash, and Manvendra Rajpurohit. This initiative by Madhav University aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experience for its law students, thereby contributing to their comprehensive legal education.
