Madhav University Faculty Presented Research Paper at International Symposium in Spain

Sirohi, Rajasthan, May 7, 2024 – Dr. Asha Rana, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Basic and Applied Sciences, Madhav University, has successfully presented her research paper at the 35th European Society of Nematology’s five-day international symposium held in Cordoba, Spain.

Dr. Rana’s research paper was the sole selection from India for presentation at this prestigious symposium. Her work, focusing on enhancing carrot protection against the Meloidogyne incognita nematode using vermicompost and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, garnered significant attention and appreciation from scientists worldwide.

The research aligns with the principles of organic farming and sustainable agriculture. Dr. Rana’s achievement has been widely celebrated by the university, with officials expressing their pride and best wishes for her future endeavors.
