Abu Road, Rajasthan, August 13, 2024 – Dr. Sanjay Parihar, Assistant Professor in the Department of History at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Madhav University, has launched his new book, “Sirohi: An Historical State.” The book was formally released by Madhav University founder, Professor Raj Kumar.
Dr. Parihar’s book delves into the ancient forts, palaces, and cities of the former Sirohi state, providing a detailed account of the region’s social, cultural, and economic conditions. It also explores the area’s housing systems, architecture, art, and the lifestyle of its inhabitants. The book is expected to be a valuable reference for researchers studying the history of the region.
