Achapura – September 4, 2024 – A free one-day medical and health camp was organized in Achapura village by the Madhav Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Bhujela. The camp provided free checkups and distributed medicines to patients suffering from various ailments. Dr. Shailendrakumar Singh informed villagers about the homeopathic system of medicine. Intern students provided advice on preventing diseases caused by the heat, such as heat stroke, vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration, stomach aches, mouth ulcers, and bleeding.
Treatment was provided for various conditions, including joint pain, skin diseases, piles, anemia, sciatica, and kidney stones. Free blood sugar tests were also conducted. Approximately 80 patients benefited from the medical camp. The initiative aimed to provide accessible healthcare to the rural community and promote awareness about homeopathic treatment options. The camp was deemed a successful effort in extending medical services to those in need.
