Basant Utsav Celebrated at Madhav University with Saraswati Puja and Lectures
Abu Road, Rajasthan, India – February 6, 2025 – Madhav University, under the joint auspices of the Engineering Department and the National Service Scheme (NSS), celebrated Basant Panchami with a grand Basant Utsav. The event, organized as part of the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, included Saraswati Puja and lectures on various important topics.
University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Rajiv Mathur extended his best wishes to all faculty members and students on the occasion of Basant Utsav. Registrar Dr. Bhavesh Kumawat inspired students to be hardworking and shared his views on the importance of the festival. Sangeeta Singh, Head of the Computer Science Engineering Department, highlighted the significance of Basant Utsav and knowledge. NSS Director Dr. Devendra Mujalda motivated the students, stating that there is no greater wealth or happiness than knowledge. Dr. Prinon Bagchi emphasized that giving knowledge is the best of all donations, while Dr. Nagendra Kumar Lohia expressed his views on Basant Utsav, comparing knowledge to Kamdhenu.
The program was attended by Dr. Pankaj Narayan Singh Solanki, Dashrath Kumar, Salim Ahmed, and all the students. The event provided students with an important opportunity to understand the importance of knowledge and culture.
