Dr. Surendra Meena’s Book on Minority Shareholder Rights Launched at Madhav University
Abu Road, Rajasthan, India – 5-2-2025 – A new book titled “Protection of the Interest of Minority Shareholders Under Company Law,” authored by Dr. Surendra Meena, Associate Professor of Law at Madhav University, was launched at a ceremony held on the university campus. The book focuses on the rights of minority shareholders in company law, a topic of significant contemporary legal relevance.
The book was launched by Dr. Rajkumar, Chairman of Madhav University. Dr. Rajkumar congratulated Dr. Meena and emphasized that the book is an important contribution not only to the legal field but also serves to raise legal awareness in society. He further encouraged Dr. Meena to continue writing such books and educating the public about their rights and responsibilities.
The event was also attended by University Chairperson Himmat Singh Deval, Registrar Dr. Bhavesh Kumawat, Research Director Dr. Pawan Kumar, Homeopathic Department Director Dr. Bharti, and all the staff members of the Faculty of Law. Everyone present praised Dr. Meena’s book and acknowledged his contribution as a source of pride for the university.
