Madhav Special School Launches Vocational Training Program for Students with Disabilities

Abu Road, Rajasthan, India – February 19, 2025 – Madhav Special School, a part of Madhav University, has launched a vocational training program for its students with disabilities. The primary objective of this program is to empower these students and nurture their abilities, enabling them to become self-reliant.

As part of the training, the students created their first product – beautiful pen stands – which they presented to the university’s Registrar, Deans, and Heads of Departments.

The launch event was attended by University Chancellor Himmat Singh Deval, President Dr. Rajiv Mathur, Registrar Bhavesh Kumawat, and faculty members.

On this occasion, Chancellor Himmat Singh Deval said that the disabled students are an inspiration to society. He added that these skills will not only make them self-dependent but will also give them an opportunity to understand that if they get the right guidance, they can do extraordinary work. He expressed confidence that this training program will lay the foundation for their bright future.

The initiative taken by Madhav Special School has sent a message not only to the university but also to the entire community that the real key to success lies in struggle. All the officials and teachers encouraged the students to move forward, and expressed their belief that this training program will lay the foundation for their bright future.
