
Madhav Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital at Madhav University commemorated World Homeopathy Day, marking the 270th birth anniversary of Dr. Christian Fredrick Samuel Hahnemann, the founder of homeopathy. The event also included “The Freshers’ Odyssey.”
University Registrar Dr. Bhavesh Kumawat presided over the event, and Dean of the Homeopathic Department Dr. Manoj Kumar Behera was the chief guest. Dr. Kumawat paid tribute to Dr. Hahnemann’s principles and contributions, emphasizing the event’s role in connecting with the roots of homeopathic medicine and inspiring future practitioners.
Dr. Behera detailed Dr. Hahnemann’s contributions to medicine and his service to humanity. Following this, “The Freshers’ Odyssey” took place, filling the campus with a festive atmosphere.
The event featured cultural performances, including solo singing, solo dance, group dance, and a ramp walk. Attendees included Academic Dean Dr. Mahendra Singh Parmar, Controller of Examinations Dr. Mukesh Mahawar, Deputy Registrar Dungar Singh, NSS in-charge Dr. Devendra Mujalda, Chief State Officer Mukesh Saxena, Media Department’s Ashok Prajapat and Abhishek Meena, along with faculty and students. Dr. Nipun Dabi and Dr. Tarishi Singh conducted the proceedings.
