
Abu Road, Rajasthan, India – [Date Not Specified] – Madhav University, in collaboration with the Rajasthan State Scout Guide district headquarters, organized an awareness workshop on single-use plastic. The workshop aimed to educate participants about the significance, objectives, and societal impact of the Scout Guide movement.
The workshop provided detailed information about the harmful effects of single-use plastic and raised awareness about reducing its usage. At the end of the program, all participants pledged to minimize plastic usage for environmental protection.
University Registrar Dr. Bhavesh Kumawat, Dean of Academics Dr. Mahendra Singh Parmar, Scout Guide CO MR Verma, Mool Singh Bhati, Kamal Kishore Rajpurohit, and Kalu Singh, along with other Scout Guide officials, were present.
During the workshop, Madhav University also held a convocation ceremony for new Rover Rangers. Rover Trainer Pathan Taufiq Khan, Assistant Professors Ghanshyam Kushwaha, Naveen, Mayank, Awasthi, Ajay, Shrey Khatak, Pawan Kumar, Krishnaveer, Ravikant Sharma, and Vishnu Kumar attended the ceremony. The event combined environmental awareness with the induction of new members into the Rover Ranger program.
