September 4, 2024 – Madhav University organized a special lecture on career guidance for children and their parents. The session focused on the important considerations when choosing a career path. Prof. Dr. Anil Yogi addressed the audience, emphasizing the need for parents to adapt their parenting styles in today’s rapidly changing world. He stressed that parents should consider their children’s interests and passions when helping them choose a course of study.
Dr. Yogi advised against limiting children to traditional career options and encouraged parents to understand their children’s unique abilities and provide guidance accordingly. He urged open communication between parents and children to better understand their preferences. Madhav University offers free career counseling and psychometric testing to students. Additionally, the university’s placement cell provides information about job opportunities related to various courses. The event aimed to provide valuable insights to parents and children in making informed career decisions.
