Madhav University Organizes Awareness Rally on Population Control

July 13, 2024 – Madhav University’s National Service Scheme (NSS) unit conducted an awareness rally on population control. The rally, which saw participation from students of Madhav Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, aimed to raise awareness about the challenges posed by rapid population growth.

The rally was flagged off by Prof. Rajiv Mathur, President of the University. Dr. Bhavesh Kumawat, Registrar of the University, highlighted the pressing concerns arising from the increasing population. Dr. Devendra Mujalda, Director of NSS, discussed various methods of population control. Dr. Manoj Kumar Behera, Dean of Madhav Homeopathic Medical College, emphasized the importance of spreading awareness about family planning.

NSS officials Sangita Singh and Dr. Renuka highlighted the role of education in addressing population issues. Dr. Ravindra Kurup provided insights into the impact of population growth on various aspects of society. The rally was attended by a significant number of students and faculty members.
