Madhav University Receives PCI Approval for B.Pharmacy Course

Abu Road, Rajasthan, India – September 10, 2024 – Madhav University has announced that its Institute of Pharmacy has received approval from the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) to run a B.Pharmacy course from the 2024-25 session. This follows the existing D.Pharmacy course which has been running since 2016. The PCI has granted approval for 60 seats in the B.Pharmacy program.

Dr. Sushil Bhargava, Dean of the Pharmacy Department, stated that the university has taken all necessary steps to ensure quality pharmacy education, aiming to provide students with not only better education but also good placement opportunities. He congratulated the Institute of Pharmacy for this achievement and expressed gratitude to the management and staff.

Dr. Abhinav Dwivedi, Principal, also extended his congratulations and reiterated Madhav University’s commitment to higher education. He emphasized their dedication to bringing innovations and research in the pharmacy field to the students. Dr. Bhavesh Kumawat, University Registrar, attributed this success to the hard work of the university’s management committee and staff. Madhav University, despite being located in a tribal-dominated area, has emerged as a leading institution providing quality higher education opportunities to students from rural backgrounds. The university offers diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate courses in various fields including Pharmacy, Nursing, Paramedical, Homeopathic Medicine, Naturopathy and Yoga Science, Physiotherapy, Law, Engineering, Agricultural Science, Science, Commerce, Management, Arts, Library Science, Physical Education, Fire and Safety, and ITI.
