Madhav University Student Wins Silver Medal at National Competition

Prasanna Narendra Bendre, an MA student from Madhav University, has won a silver medal at the All India Inter-University Pencak Silat competition held at Bengaluru North University, Karnataka, from April 14-16.

Pencak Silat is a traditional martial art from Southeast Asia. Prasanna’s achievement has brought honor to both the university and the state.

Coach Siddharth Balesha provided guidance and rigorous training to Prasanna, preparing him for every aspect of the competition.

Madhav University’s Sports Director Dr. Vishnu Choudhary expressed pride in Prasanna’s accomplishment. Chairman Dr. Rajkumar, Chairperson Himmat Singh Deval, President Dr. Rajiv Mathur, Registrar Dr. Bhavesh Kumawat, and Physical Education Professor Dr. Bharat Choudhary, along with the university staff, congratulated the student.
