Madhav University’s National Service Scheme unit organised a program on Education for All.

Madhav University is continuously making efforts to make the villagers aware of the right to education, for which awareness programs are being organised at the university campus as well as in the surrounding villages. With the aim of making the villagers aware of the right to education, the National Service Scheme unit of Madhav University organised the Education for All program in Nagpur. The program was presided over by the director of the NSS unit of the university, Dr. Devendra Mujalda, and was organised under the joint auspices of NSS units I and II of the university. NSS Director Dr. Devendra Mujalda appealed to the villagers to send as many children as possible to school and educate the children deprived of education. Sangeeta Singh, in charge of NSS Unit I, introduced the villagers to the Right to Education Act. Dr. Renuka, in charge of NSS Unit II, informed the children of village Nagpura and its surrounding areas about the importance of education, its objectives, and the benefits of education.

Around 100 volunteers participated in the program and also took part in an awareness rally in which the villagers were made aware of the importance of education. Volunteers from NSS Units I and II played a key role in this program.
