It gives me immense pride and joy to serve as the Rover Leader. Our mission is to nurture young individuals into responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented citizens through the timeless values of Scouting and Guiding. The Rover and Ranger Movement is not just an extracurricular activity; it is a way of life.
