Policy Guidelines
If a student chooses to withdraw from the program of study in which he/she is enrolled, the University shall follow the following five-tier system for the refund of fees remitted by the student.

| 4 | More than 15 days but less than 30 days after date of commencement of classes | 50% of annual fees |
| 5 | After 30 days of the date of commencement of classes | No Refund |

If a student chooses to withdraw from the Bus facility, the University shall follow the following system for refund.

| 5 | After 30 days of the date of commencement of classes | No Refund |
If a student chooses to withdraw from the Hostel facility, the University shall follow the following system for refund.
