Abu Road, July 2, 2024 – Madhav Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital celebrated National Doctors’ Day with a special program. The event commenced with the lighting of a lamp by Dr. Manoj Kumar Behera, Dean and Principal of the college, in front of the portraits of Dr. Hahnemann and Mata Saraswati.
Dr. Behera addressed the gathering, emphasizing the significance of National Doctors’ Day and highlighting the contributions of Dr. B.C. Roy, a renowned physician and former West Bengal Chief Minister. He urged the students to uphold the noble values of the medical profession and strive for excellence in their chosen field.
The event was attended by faculty members, medical officers, interns, and students. All present paid homage to Dr. B.C. Roy and acknowledged the invaluable contributions of doctors to society. The program concluded with a pledge to uphold the ethical principles of the medical profession and serve humanity with dedication.
