Abu Road, July 27, 2024 – Madhav Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Bhujela, recently conducted a free medical camp in Morathla village, providing much-needed healthcare services to the local community.
The camp, held on July 25th, focused on treating a wide range of ailments, including stomach ache, mouth ulcers, anemia, sciatica, kidney stones, piles, skin diseases, cold, cough, fever, joint pain, blood pressure, and diabetes. Medical professionals conducted free check-ups for diabetes and blood pressure, ensuring early detection and intervention.
The camp also organized a “School Health Program” at the Government Higher Secondary School in Morathla. Over 220 students received health check-ups, and were educated on maintaining good oral and hand hygiene, as well as overall physical and mental well-being.
Dr. Pratiksha Singh, the Medical Officer, led the medical camp, along with interns Dr. Vishakha Dhangar, Deepak Rang, Siddharth Wadi, and Jaymin Patel. The camp was well-received by the villagers, with approximately 30 patients benefiting from the free consultations and medications.
