Abu Road, Rajasthan, India – September 5, 2024 – Madhav University has awarded a PhD degree to Shweta Kumari for her research on sex education awareness among female students in Ranchi district, Jharkhand. Kumari completed her research under the guidance of Dr. Deepak Pancholi, Associate Professor in the Faculty of Education at Madhav University. Her dissertation, titled “A Comparative Study of Awareness and Attitude Regarding Sex Education in Special Reference to Female Students Belonging to Ranchi District of Jharkhand State,” explored the awareness and attitudes of female students towards sex education.
Following a successful oral examination, Kumari was conferred the PhD degree. The ceremony was attended by Dr. Pawan Kumar, Research Director, Dr. Awadhesh Adha, Dean of the Faculty of Education, and other faculty members who extended their congratulations to Dr. Kumari. The university highlighted the significance of Kumari’s research in addressing an important social issue and contributing to the field of education. The university continues to encourage research and academic excellence among its scholars.
