Abu Road, Rajasthan, India – September 4, 2024 – Madhav University recently organized a workshop titled “Science of Happiness.” Professor Dr. Anil Yogi from the Yoga-Naturopathy Department at Madhav University addressed the participants, providing information about happiness hormones. Dr. Yogi explained that four main hormones contribute to feelings of happiness: dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins.
He further elaborated on how these hormones can be naturally produced in the body through exposure to sunlight, consuming chocolate, eating tryptophan-rich foods, and interacting with pets. The workshop aimed to educate students on how to achieve happiness and the benefits of a positive mindset. Participants gained insights into practical ways to boost their happiness levels and improve their overall well-being. The university regularly conducts workshops and seminars on various topics to promote the holistic development of its students.
