Madhav University’s Free Health Camp Benefits Villagers

Deldar Village, Abu Road – Madhav Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, part of Madhav University, recently organized a free health check-up camp in Deldar village. Over 70 villagers received free medical examinations and homeopathic medicines.

The camp, led by medical officer Dr. Bhavna Kumari, addressed various health concerns, including skin diseases, seasonal infections in children, high fever, cough, cold, stomach ache, back pain, joint and knee pain, and women’s health issues. The team also provided treatment for menstrual problems and external genital infections. Free diabetes screening was also conducted.

Dr. Bhavna Kumari and the trainee doctors, Harsh, Meghna, Neeraj, Umer, and Jayesh, played a vital role in the camp’s success. Dr. Rajkumar, Chairman of Madhav University, praised the health team and emphasized the university’s commitment to education, health, and environmental contributions. He noted that serving the poor and needy is a noble cause and that such camps are a boon for economically disadvantaged patients.

Dr. Manoj Kumar Behera, Dean, lauded the health team’s efforts and encouraged their continued service. The villagers expressed their gratitude for the university’s initiative, which has provided them with access to essential healthcare services. The Madhav Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital regularly conducts such camps in nearby villages, ensuring local residents benefit from healthcare services.
