The 34th meeting of the Board of Management of Madhav University was held under the chairmanship of the University Chairperson, Retired ASP Himmat Singh Deval. 11 out of 13 members were present in the meeting. Pro. Chairperson Dr. Bijendra Kumar Gautam, President Pro. Rajiv Mathur, Former Vice Chancellor of Agricultural University Bikaner Pro. B.R. Cheepa, Director of Government Homeopathic College Dethli Siddhpur Dr. R.P. Sharma, Former Pro. President Pro. Randeep Singh, Director (R&D Cell) Dr. Pawan Kumar, Pharmaceutical Science Dean Dr. Sushil Bhargava, Examination Controller Dr. Mukesh Mahawar, Chartered Accountant Ajit Purohit and Registrar Dr. Bhavesh Kumawat and Member Secretary were present. The Member Secretary presented all the issues one by one to the Board, on which there was in-depth discussion and all the agenda items were passed by voice vote with oral suggestions from some members.
The main issues included the previous board meeting which was held on September 4, 2023 and October 5, 2023, appointment of Pro. Chairperson, Academic Council meeting held on September 25, 2024. The decisions of the meeting, the degrees to be awarded at the convocation ceremony to be held on October 9, 2024 at the university (complete information presented by the Examination Controller), the decisions of the Finance Committee meeting held on July 26, 2024. Review of the recruitments made in the university, the convocation ceremony and preparations for NAAC, and giving approval to the list presented for recognition as a qualified teacher, approved research guide by the Director of Research and Development, etc. All the members of the Board of Management appreciated the leadership of Himmat Singh Deval and wished the university a bright future. Deval thanked all the members at the conclusion of the meeting and expressed his resolve to take the university to new heights in the field of education.
