The Faculty of Law at Madhav University offers a five-year integrated B.A.LL.B., LL.B., and LL.M. (Master of Laws) programs and has expanded its academic excellence with the introduction of Ph.D. in Law. The Faculty of Law conducts all its academic programs in strict accordance with BCI regulations and UGC guidelines. It fosters a dynamic learning environment through outcome-based teaching methods combined with practical legal training. With a team of highly qualified and experienced faculty members, the university ensures that graduates, postgraduates, and PhD scholars in law are well-equipped to contribute meaningfully to society and the legal profession.
Justice imparting system is the foundation of every civilized nation. Law faculty is committed to play an important role in the legal system of this university. Stature of this Faculty is as big as its strength. Law graduates from the Faculty are serving all over the country in the lower courts, High Courts and Supreme Court. Faculty provides practical training to LL.B. students. One full paper of 6th Semester includes compulsory participation in two Moots. Special lectures by eminent Academicians, Judges and Senior Advocates which are compulsory as a part of curriculum are delivered for the benefit of LL.B. and LL.M students. The department has a separate and well furnished Moot Court Hall where whole year various Seminars, Presentations and Moot Court Competitions are organised.
